D2 Releases Service Order Form

We are pleased to announce that we have updated our website to provide our customers with a "service order". This is not required but a convenience for our customers to ensure we have as much information as possible before we quote your repair. We hope this will speed up our repair process. Simply hit the repair/service tab and then hit service order. At the bottom of the page is the PDF link for our service order. Complete the form, print it off and make a copy for your records and place it with your repair and send it to us. We hope this will make doing business with D & D Video a more pleasant experience.
